Effetti positivi di una dieta in soggetti con artrite reumatoide
Per combattere la tendenza all'artrite, e per conviverci al meglio, oltre a seguire uno stile di vita che comprenda poco stress ed un pò di esercizio fisico, è utile seguire una sana alimentazione, oltre a questo è particolarmente sconsigliato l'uso di carni rosse ed invece incoraggiato l'uso di frutta e verdura freschi, di stagione, da assumere crudi, quando possibile la preferenza di cereali integrali (biologici per evitare redidui chimici che rimangono nella parte esterna del cereale), introdurre nella dieta semi oleosi ed in particolare le noci. Tra i nostri consigli per una dieta adeguata, che trovi raccolti alla voce "sana alimentazione" nel menù della colonna a sinistra, è seguire pasti regolari per evitare picchi glicemici. Assumere una certa quantità di proteine già dalla prima colazione, in associazione ai carboidrati, aiuta il controllo della glicemia e riduce la presenza, ed eventualmente l'eccesso, di citochine infiammatorie sistemiche. Sono molteplici gli studi che sostengono l'importanza del controllo di eventuali intolleranze. Molti che evidenziano l'efficacia di una dieta vegana e gluten free.
